Scope of ApplicationThe tubular products are suitable for the general purpose conveyance of water with pressure as well as drinking water transportation, with a temperature not exceeding 40℃.
Characteristics ◆ Genuine green construction material--"Shunming" PE water supply piping possesses the health quality of non-toxicity, no scaling and no bacteria stemming and has a perfect agreement with the state's hygiene indicial requirements on drinking water.
◆ Superexcellent corrosion-resisting property --It withstands the corrosions of a great variety of chemical mediators excepting a few strong oxidizers and has no electro-chemical corrosion.
◆ Long service life -- PE piping can be used safely for more than 50 years under rated temperature and pressure.
◆ Preferable resistance to impact--PE pipe has good toughness and high resistance to impact. Pipe will not be ruptured when the heavy load runs over the piping directly.
◆ Reliable link performance--The hot melt or electric melting joints of the pipe has the higher strength than the main body of the tubular product, disconnection of the joint will not happen under the action owing to induced soil movement or live load.
◆ Favorable workability -- Pipe is light, welding technology used is simple, construction is convenient and the comprehensive construction cost of the project is low.
◆ Strong resistance to pressure--Inner wall of the tubular product can withstand higher pressure.
◆ Good wearability--The wearability of polyethylene pipe is over 4 times of steel pipe when transferring ore slurry.
